Reminds me of the old days.
I say that because sometimes when you buy niche products you have a specific need, for you suffer because you have to settle for imported, poorly designed and assembled products that on paper fit the bill but won't last a week or simply are not what they claim to be. This product and this company, however, is the polar opposite of that. I ordered the 5 & 5 or half and half catfish and casting stand. When it arrived I was shocked at the quality and detail of every single part of this piece of equipment, it will last a lifetime and it works as described 100% My thanks to the folks that designed and executed this product. The weight of the knife holder is much heavier than I expected, which means there wasn’t any corners cut on the quality of the material. I tried 6 or 7 different knifes ranging from a chefs knife, down to a 6” flex fillet knife. They all fit perfectly!
