Reminds me of the old days.

I say that because sometimes when you buy niche products you have a specific need, for you suffer because you have to settle for imported, poorly designed and assembled products that on paper fit the bill but won't last a week or simply are not what they claim to be. This product and this company, however, is the polar opposite of that. I ordered the 5 & 5 or half and half catfish and casting stand. Extremely High Quality

You can feel the craftsmanship, and high quality of the product as soon as you open the box. The weight of the knife holder is much heavier than I expected, which means there wasn’t any corners cut on the quality of the material. I tried 6 or 7 different knifes ranging from a chefs knife, down to a 6” flex fillet knife. They all fit perfectly!
